Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Bloomington Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Neither this material nor a result from a linked third-party tool may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
Information Accuracy
Record custodians correct entries, change portals and fees, and update collection coverage as material is digitized. Although we try to keep Bloomington references current, no statement is guaranteed to remain correct at every moment. Confirm a record with the office that maintains it before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing here is legal advice. The material identifies Bloomington, Hennepin County, and Minnesota record sources and describes their published access routes. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public records are not a license to cause harm. Do not use material found through this site to stalk, harass, intimidate, monitor, or injure anyone. Conduct involving personal information may violate Minnesota’s harassment and stalking statute, Minn. Stat. §609.749, along with other state or federal law, and it violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages contain search boxes provided by third-party companies. We do not control their results, charges, data practices, or availability. Their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports and must not be treated as such.
Outbound Links
Links may lead to Hennepin County property or recorder portals, Minnesota election and court searches, Bloomington resources, or library and archive collections. We do not control an external service’s content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This site does not host a government roll, directory volume, court file, deed, or vital record. It directs readers to the offices, libraries, and portals that hold those materials. Contact the relevant custodian to obtain, verify, or correct a record, including through the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13, where applicable.
